Group Sessions Online
Group sessions work well and are a great way to for a person to be economical and still reach their goals. It helps support each participant by meeting together with others who have the same goals as you.
Hypnosis Recordings
Some people are wanting to "test the waters" with hypnosis and prefer to buy a hypnosis recording that helps them with something specific. Mark has many recordings available for purchase and can also create a custom recording if that's of interest.
What is hypnosis, and how does it work?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention. It's similar to being deeply absorbed in a good book or movie. During hypnosis, your critical, conscious mind becomes quiet, allowing direct communication with the subconscious mind where habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are stored. This makes it easier to shift thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back.
Will I be asleep or unconscious during hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis is not sleep. You will remain awake, aware, and in control the entire time. Many people experience hypnosis as a deeply relaxed state where the body is calm, but the mind is highly alert. You’ll be able to hear everything I say and even answer questions during the process, if needed.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes. As long as you’re willing and able to follow simple instructions, you can experience hypnosis. It’s not about being weak-minded or gullible; it’s about being open to the process. In fact, the better your ability to focus, the better your results can be. It's also good to note that a deep state of hypnosis is not required to achieve positive results.

What’s the difference between individual and group sessions?
Individual sessions are fully customized to your needs and goals. Group sessions are more general but still highly effective, and group sessions are great for support, accountability, and affordability. Some people start with a group and move into individual sessions later, or vice versa.
What happens in a typical hypnosis session?
Each session begins with a short conversation about your goal. Then we do the induction where you are guided you into a relaxed hypnotic state using voice, imagery, and other techniques. From there, we use positive suggestions, visualization, and other proven methods to shift your subconscious programming. You’ll come out feeling refreshed and focused.
Are online sessions really effective?
Absolutely! Online hypnosis sessions work just as well as in-person sessions. Many people have said they're even better since you’re in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet space without distractions or interruptions, a reliable internet connection, and a device with audio and video.
How many sessions will I need?
That really depends on your goal(s). Some clients experience big changes in just 1–3 sessions, while others benefit from a longer series of sessions or ongoing coaching. During your free consultation or first session, we’ll discuss a personalized plan that fits your needs.
Will I lose control or reveal any secrets during hypnosis?
No. First, Hypnosis is not mind control. You are always in charge, and you can never be made to do or say anything against your will or values. Second, the session is based upon your goal and subject to be focused upon. The fact is, hypnosis can help you regain control over your habits, your emotions, and your focus.
How do I get started?
The first step is easy — just contact us with any questions using the Contact Form or book your first session. We’ll answer any remaining questions and help you decide which type of session is right for you. From there, we’ll work together to create positive, lasting change from the inside out.
How much does it cost?
The initial hypnosis session is $195 whether it's live online or a custom recording created for you. It includes an intake, a full session, and time to discuss your goals. If you choose to book three or more sessions at once, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the total. Many clients find that a short series of sessions helps create deeper and more lasting change. All sessions must be paid for in advance.
